Some fascist didn't have a tragic death. For example Rodolfo Graziani, should have had to be killed like Mussolini, but when he was captured at Cernobbio, he was given to US intelligence. Graziani was processed twice, between the october of 1948 and the may of 1950; he was adjuged to 19 years, because he helped German militaries. However after a remission, he was made free. Valerio Borghese, commander of X MAS, had the same situation. He was captured in Milano and sent to Rome. After the process ended on 17th february of 1949, he was adjuged to 12 years, but after some remission, he was free.
